High-quality 3D anatomical knit

This knee brace stands out for its high-quality, flexible 3D anatomical knit that perfectly conforms to the natural contours of the knee. This pre-shaped three-dimensional design ensures a precise fit without creases or excessive pressure points, even during repeated flexion-extension movements. The multi-directional elasticity of the fabric allows the knee brace to adapt to movements in all planes, thus offering optimal freedom of movement whilst maintaining its supportive effectiveness.

Optimised comfort zones

The fabric features specific areas with a looser knit in the popliteal fossa (back of the knee), thereby preventing fabric bunching and uncomfortable creases during full knee flexion. This special attention to sensitive areas significantly improves comfort, particularly during prolonged activities or repeated sitting. The fabric’s soft texture and optimal breathability keep the skin dry and prevent irritation, even during prolonged wear.

SBR foam patellar stabiliser

The central feature of this knee brace is its patellar recess combined with an SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber) foam stabiliser, specially designed to keep the patella in the correct position. This realignment system exerts gentle, even pressure on the edges of the patella, guiding it along its physiological axis during flexion and extension movements. This stabilising action helps to reduce patellofemoral pain, minimise abnormal friction and prevent episodes of instability, whilst respecting the joint’s natural range of motion.

Flexible bilateral splints

The integrated flexible lateral reinforcements on either side of the knee provide additional support without restricting joint movement. These flexible splints follow the knee’s movements whilst limiting excessive lateral displacement, thereby providing overall stability that complements patellar support.
