Tennis elbow (epicondylitis) is the best-known form of elbow tendinitis, affecting the tendons on the outside of the elbow.

Golf elbow, or epitrochleitis, which affects the inner part of the elbow, is a form of tendinitis experienced during the repetitive movements involved in golf.

Elbow supports treat insertion tendinopathies at the elbow.

Compression elbow braces enable a return to daily or work activities, or to sport, by relieving pressure on the tendon area through the compression they provide.

Elbow supports are also used preventatively, particularly to prevent the recurrence of tendon pain.
