Secure payment and website

The bank uses a secure online payment protocol, 3D Secure, which helps to minimise the risk of fraud linked to identity theft.

We do not store your bank details; payment is processed on the bank’s platform, which uses a secure SSL-type payment system to ensure the confidentiality and security of the data transmitted.

The bank will credit your account with the relevant amount in the event of a refund.

Payments can be made by credit card, CB, Visa, Eurocard MasterCard and Paylib.

Click on the symbol for your card type, then enter your card number, expiry date and the three-digit security code on the back of your card.

Payment by credit card is secure; you will be asked for a 3D Secure validation code, which may take different forms depending on your bank, such as a one-off code, your date of birth or a code sent to your mobile phone...

The payment will be debited when the order is confirmed.
