Coach Kin Loyalty & Referral Programme Terms

Article 1 — Organiser

The Coach Kin loyalty and referral programme (the "Programme") is operated by COACH KIN - 9 rue Anatole de la Forge - 75017 PARIS, Paris Trade & Companies Register no. 484 777 859, operator of www.coachkin.com ("Coach Kin"). Contact: serviceclients@coachkin.com.

Article 2 — Definitions

Wallet: the loyalty-point counter attached to the customer account, expressed in points convertible into a voucher. Point: the wallet unit, with a voucher counter-value of €0.05. Sponsor: a customer holding a Coach Kin account who recommends the shop. Referee: a natural person who creates an account through a sponsor's recommendation. Voucher: a personal discount code usable on www.coachkin.com.

Article 3 — Joining the Programme

The Programme is free of charge and without any purchase obligation. It is open to any adult natural person holding a customer account on www.coachkin.com and acting for personal, non-commercial purposes. Creating an account automatically enrols the customer in the loyalty part of the Programme; the referral features are available from the "Referral & wallet" page of the customer account. One natural person may hold only one account under the Programme.

Article 4 — Loyalty wallet: earning points

Each order credits the wallet at the rate of 1 point per €1.66 (incl. VAT) spent, each point being worth €0.05, i.e. a benefit of approximately 3% of the purchase amount.

Article 5 — Loyalty wallet: spending

Available points can be converted at any time into a voucher from the customer account ("My loyalty points" section). The conversion voucher:

• is personal and usable once across the whole catalogue;
• is valid for 1 year from its creation;
• applies to any order of at least €20 incl. VAT (excluding shipping);
• can be combined with a referral voucher or a current promotional voucher.

Points and vouchers have no cash value and cannot be transferred, refunded or paid out to any payment method.

Article 6 — Referral: how it works

Each customer has a personal referral code and a share link in their customer account, and can also invite friends and relatives by email. The referee may also enter their sponsor's email address when creating their account.

Article 7 — Referral: conditions and limits

• The referee is an adult natural person who has never held an account nor placed an order on www.coachkin.com, distinct from the sponsor (different identity and email address).
• Self-referral is prohibited (same contact details, same payment method or multiple accounts held by the same person).
• A sponsor can be rewarded for a maximum of 10 referees per rolling 12-month period; beyond that, new referees keep their welcome voucher but do not trigger a sponsor reward.
• The sponsor confirms having obtained the referee's consent before providing their email address to Coach Kin (email invitation).
• The referral reward is not due if the referee's order is cancelled or refunded before the end of the 30-day period following its shipment. If the first order is cancelled, the reward may be carried over to the referee's next eligible order. If a full return occurs after the reward has been credited, Coach Kin reserves the right to cancel the corresponding reward.
• The referral code is not intended for commercial distribution (deal or coupon websites, marketplaces); Coach Kin reserves the right to deactivate a massively distributed code.

Article 8 — Automatic occasional vouchers

Coach Kin may send account holders occasional, personal and time-limited offers.

These offers are a discretionary commercial gesture: they are neither systematic nor guaranteed and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. They can be combined with the wallet, but not with each other on the same order.

Article 9 — Rules common to all vouchers

Unless otherwise stated, any voucher issued under the Programme is: personal and linked to the customer account, usable once on www.coachkin.com, non-transferable, non-refundable, without cash value, and applicable to the product amount excluding shipping costs. If an order paid with a voucher is returned, the voucher amount is not restored. An expired voucher is neither extended nor reissued.

Article 10 — Personal data

Data processed under the Programme (identity, contact details, purchase history, points, referrals) is processed by Coach Kin to operate the Programme and, as regards occasional offers, on the basis of its legitimate interest in marketing similar products to its own customers. In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, each participant has a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability, which can be exercised at any time at serviceclients@coachkin.com. Every Programme email includes a way to manage preferences; objecting to occasional offers does not affect the wallet benefits. An invited referee's email address is used only to send the invitation and manage the referral.

Article 11 — Fraud, changes and termination of the Programme

Any breach of these terms, any fraud or attempted fraud (multiple accounts, false identities, voucher misuse, buying for resale) leads to the cancellation of the points and vouchers concerned and may lead to exclusion from the Programme, without prejudice to any action by Coach Kin. Coach Kin may modify or terminate the Programme at any time, subject to informing participants at least 30 days in advance by any appropriate means; points and vouchers already earned remain usable until their expiry date. Coach Kin staff members are excluded from the automatic occasional offers.

Article 12 — Governing law and complaints

The Programme is governed by French law. Any complaint may be sent to serviceclients@coachkin.com. Failing an amicable resolution, consumers may refer the matter free of charge to to the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
