Intelligent placement according to programme

Simplified instructions for use:

1. ABDOMINAL session → Front electrodes only (2 electrodes)
2. LOWER BACK/MASSAGE session → Rear electrodes only (2 electrodes)
3. CORE session → Front and rear electrodes (4 electrodes)

Compex recommendation: Always place all 4 electrodes on the belt, even if you are only stimulating one area. This ensures optimal positioning and protects the metal pins.

Easy 3-step set-up

Step 1: Preparation

• Remove any old, used electrodes
• Clean the surface of the belt if necessary
• Open the packet of new electrodes

Step 2: Positioning

• Remove the protective plastic from the grid side
• Position the belt according to the placement markings indicated on it
• Stick the grid side down, aligned with the contours
• Check that the metal pins are completely covered

Step 3: Finishing

• Remove the protective film from the black side (skin side)
• The electrodes are now ready for use
• The visible side should be a solid black colour after installation

Lifespan & Replacement

Average lifespan:

• 20 to 30 uses, depending on maintenance and conditions of use
• Signs of wear: reduced grip, peeling edges, dried-out gel

When to replace:

• The electrode no longer adheres properly
• The stimulation becomes uncomfortable or irregular
• Peeling or damaged edges
• The adhesive surface is dry or dusty

Recommended replacement frequency:

• Daily use: every 3–4 weeks
• 3 times a week: every 2–3 months
• Occasional use: every 6 months

Care Advice to Maximise Lifespan

Before use:

• ✓ Dry the contact area thoroughly
• ✓ Clean skin = better grip

After use:

• ✓ Gently clean the electrodes with lukewarm water
• ✓ Leave to air-dry for a few minutes
• ✓ Replace the protective film
• ✓ Store in the airtight pouch
