Indications

The wrist immobilisation splint is designed for immobilising joints, treating wrist sprains and for post-operative immobilisation following carpal tunnel syndrome.

The wrist brace has been designed to provide support for the wrist.

Contraindications

The splint is not suitable for unstable fractures.

Description

A splint bar keeps the wrist in slight extension. The brace fastens with five Velcro straps, ensuring the wrist is securely supported.

The splint is made from SoftTex, a breathable material offering a high level of comfort.

Sizes: XS–S–M–L–XL–XXL.

XS and XXL available to order.

Fitting instructions

• Start by undoing the Velcro straps on the brace.
• Place your hand in the splint.
• Adjust the strap around the thumb, then refasten the straps and Velcro fastenings on the forearm, adjusting the tightness as required.
