Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post, a fax or an email) by post to the address Coach Kin, 9, rue Anatole de la Forge - 75017 Paris, France. by telephone on 01 84 20 25 30 or by email to serviceclients@coachkin.com.

You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not compulsory. To ensure that the withdrawal period is met, you simply need to send your notice exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. You must return the goods to Coach Kin, 14, rue d’Orléans, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice, where applicable, a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of dispatch of the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:- contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
- contracts for the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
- contracts for the provision of services which have been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and where performance began following the consumer’s prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal;
