Usage guide & advice — Compression stockings

The compression garment must be tailored to your needs, and prescribed to alleviate the sensation of heavy legs or to reduce oedema and varicose veins (Class 2). To be eligible for National Health Service cover, the compression stockings must be prescribed by a doctor. The prescription from a GP, phlebologist or other specialist specifies the class – that is, the level of compression – as well as the type: stockings, knee-highs or tights.

In this section, we offer pairs of hold-up stockings made from cotton or microfibre in a wide variety of colours.

Class 2 is also suitable for long-haul flights.

Materials ranging from cotton to microfibre make these compression products comfortable to wear in any season or situation.
